About Us
Northwest Bands Dot Com (NWB) is a booking and management company that began in a small town in Skagit Valley, WA many years ago (March 10th 2003) by a eager seventeen year old.
We began by promoting shows for such bands as Vendetta Red and The Pale. We expanded into booking and management shortly after. In 2004 we signed our first band to NWB management, fifteen year old John Van Desuen. We haven't looked back since.
NWB has worked to build strong relationships with many amazingly talented music business professionals. Many of which work at the 200-600 capacity NW venues where we book our clients. We appreciate each and every person we have had the pleasure of working with and we are fortunate enough to share those relationships with our clients.
NWB is dedicated to providing genuine relationships with our clients, our management style is friendly business. We have always felt that it is easier for an artistic person to relate to a like-minded person rather than someone who is all business. NWB was founded by a musician, a music lover, a fan. We have the experience and education to be great at music business while still maintaining an appreciation for talented musicians.
Please note that our main genres of focus are: Rock, Folk Rock, Indie and Pop, though sometimes we do colour outside the lines.
Standard booking and management rates apply. Please e-mail us to inquire about rates. We do case-by-case booking, but prefer to be contracted as a bands booking agent.
E-mail us with a link to your music and a little information about you if you're interested in working with us. If we're interested, we'll get back to you. Please be a band from the NW, we do not book out of town touring acts. *
Please e-mail us to get our physical address for sending press kits.
Or contact us via phone or iChat: 360.441.3698 / Jacquee816
We're currently taking on new clients for booking and management.
Cheers!
*Any client we take on should be prepared for a straightforward approach. We do not bullshit. Communication is so crucial to our relationship with our clients. If you're not ready to have your cell phone attached to your hip, be logged into your email 24/7 or ditch your date for a meeting- then you're not ready for us. We are prepared to be available for you at all times, we expect the same. Too many opportunities are lost by lack of dedication and communication- and it effects us both. |
